Player: All former players who played for a semi-pro team are eligible for this membership. The cost of a player membership is $100.

5-Year Player: All former players who played for a semi-pro team are eligible. You will receive a Custom Fitted NSPF Alumni Branded Reveal Jacket with this exclusive membership. The cost of a 5-year player membership is $450.

Spouse: Spouses or significant others of a current or former Semi-Pro player who has at least one credited playing season are eligible. The cost of a spouse membership is $45.

Professional: Current and former coaches, referees, scouts, training staff, and all office employees who received worked for a semi-pro team are eligible. Available to anyone other than a former player who has worked for a team. The cost of a professional membership is $100.

Associate Member: Any Individual who supports the mission and vision of the NSPF Alumni. The cost of an associate membership is $125.

Cheerleader: All former cheerleaders who performed at a minimum of one game are eligible to become a member of NSPF Alumni. The cost of a cheerleader membership is $45.

Lifetime: Open to any individual and offers increased member benefits, discounted NSPF Alumni event access, and other exclusive opportunities. The cost of a lifetime membership is $3,000.

All NSPF Alumni members can choose to have their memberships renewed automatically on an annual basis.

A corporate partnership membership gives local businesses and organizations the opportunity to get involved with, and to participate in NSPF Alumni chapter events and activities in their community while raising money for youth related children’s charities.

Ambassador Program

Thank you for your interest in enrolling for the NSPF Alumni Ambassador Program. This is an excellent and exclusive opportunity for Player Members to recruit Associate Members and earn a commission for each referred member.
Each NSPF Alumni Player Member will receive $40.00 for every new NSPFA Associate Member who signs up to support the initiatives of the organization.
During the enrollment setup, ambassadors will receive a digital kit via email that includes marketing materials to assist in the referral process. Each Ambassador will also receive a NSPF Alumni T-Shirt for NSPFA brand exposure.
